Book with Schedulo connects to your AI assistant over the Model Context Protocol (MCP) — the open standard for linking AI assistants to tools. Add one connector and Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client can check your availability, book, reschedule and cancel meetings in plain language. No links to copy, no forms to fill.
What you can do
- Without signing in. See a host's meeting types, find open days and times, and book a free meeting — straight from a prompt.
- After connecting your account. See your bookings, get your booking link, and cancel or reschedule (with a confirmation step).
- Manage availability. Set your weekly hours by asking your assistant — changes take effect immediately and notify guests.
How to connect
Add the connector URL https://mcp.bookwithschedulo.com/mcp in your AI assistant's connector settings. In Claude, open Settings then Connectors and add a custom connector. In ChatGPT, add it from the connectors list. In Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf or any other MCP client, add it as a custom MCP server. The same connector works everywhere.
To unlock host tools, connect your account — you'll sign in with email & password, Google, or Microsoft. Booking with a host works without signing in.
Example prompts
- "Book a 15-minute meeting with acme-studio next Tuesday afternoon — I'm Priya, priya@example.com."
- "Show me my upcoming bookings this week."
- "Move my 3pm call with Rahul tomorrow to Thursday at 11am."
- "Set my availability to Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm."
Secure by design
The connector uses OAuth 2.1. You sign in with your existing Book with Schedulo account and the assistant receives a revocable, scoped token — never your password. Read and write permissions are separate, and destructive actions (cancel, reschedule, change availability) always require an explicit confirmation. Paid booking types can't be booked through the connector, and every result is scoped to your account.
