Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan is genuinely free forever — one booking type and 50 bookings a month, no credit card required. It is not a time-limited trial.
What is the transaction fee?
When you collect payment at booking, a small platform fee applies to each paid booking — 10% on Free, down to 4% on Team and Enterprise. Plans that do not collect payment have no transaction fee.
Can I take payment or a deposit when customers book?
Yes, on Standard and above. Connect Razorpay (INR) or Stripe (USD/EUR) and require full payment or a deposit at booking time — ideal for salons, turf, and studios to reduce no-shows.
Do you support in-person bookings, not just online meetings?
Yes. Every booking type can be in-person (with your address), a phone call, or an online meeting (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams). Book with Schedulo works for salons, sports turf, fitness studios, clinics, and any slot-based business.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
