Zoho CRM users get the same real-time sync as HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce users: every booking becomes a Contact, matched by email, with a linked Deal — synced through Zoho's regional data centers so it works correctly whichever Zoho domain your account lives on (.com, .eu, .in, and others).
What gets synced
- Contacts. Each booking guest is created or updated as a Zoho CRM Contact, matched by email to avoid duplicates.
- Deals. A Deal is created and linked to that Contact for every booking.
- Region-aware connection. The integration detects and stores your Zoho account's accounts server and API domain, so it works correctly whether your data lives in the US, EU, India or another Zoho data center.
How to connect Zoho CRM
Open Integrations in your Book with Schedulo dashboard, click Connect on Zoho CRM, and authorize access with your Zoho account. The correct regional API endpoint is detected automatically during authorization.
Who it's for
Sales teams and agencies running Zoho CRM — particularly common among India-based and EU-based businesses — who want booked meetings to land as Contacts and Deals without a manual export step.
Why people search for Zoho CRM scheduling
Zoho's own Bookings product is a separate paid app from Zoho CRM. Book with Schedulo gives you a standalone booking page with calendar sync, reminders and payments, and pushes results straight into Zoho CRM as Contacts and Deals — no separate Zoho Bookings subscription required.
