Google Meet isn't a separate connection in Book with Schedulo — it comes built in the moment you connect Google Calendar, since Meet links are created through the same Google Calendar API.
What happens when you connect Google Calendar
- Meet link created automatically. For event types set to online with Google Meet as the platform, a unique Google Meet link is generated for each booking and attached to the calendar event.
- No separate Google Meet login. There's nothing extra to authorize beyond the Google Calendar connection — Meet links are a feature of that same connection.
- Delivered with the booking. The Meet link appears in the calendar invite and the guest's confirmation email automatically.
How to enable Google Meet links
Connect Google Calendar from Integrations in your Book with Schedulo dashboard, then set your online event type's video platform to Google Meet. Every booking on that event type will generate its own Meet link from that point on.
Who it's for
Anyone in the Google Workspace ecosystem who wants meeting links to come from Meet rather than Zoom or Teams — common for teams already using Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Docs day to day.
Why people search for Google Meet scheduling
Teams standardized on Google Workspace often want scheduling software that defaults to Meet, not a third video tool employees have to install separately. Because Book with Schedulo generates the Meet link through the same Google Calendar connection, there's no extra app or account to manage.
