Terms of Service

Welcome to Schedulo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the scheduling platform available at bookwithschedulo.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Schedulo ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Schedulo is a meeting scheduling platform that lets you create event types, share booking links, and manage meetings. Optional integrations let you sync with calendar providers like Google Calendar.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Schedulo. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

4.1 Free and paid plans

Schedulo offers a free plan with basic features and paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) with additional features. Plan details and pricing are listed on our Pricing page.

All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and no partial or pro-rata refunds are issued.

4.4 Plan changes

We may change pricing or plan features with at least 30 days' notice via email. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create on Schedulo (event types, profile info, custom messages, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Schedulo integrates with third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, Razorpay). These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services. By connecting them to Schedulo, you agree to their terms.

Your use of Google services through Schedulo is subject to the Google Terms of Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service — including software, design, logos, and trademarks — belong to Schedulo or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent. The "Schedulo" name and logo are our trademarks.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access:

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability) will survive termination.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

You agree to indemnify and hold Schedulo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party arising out of: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any rights of another, or (d) content you post on the Service.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
