AI Connector Privacy
How the Book with Schedulo AI connector handles your data. Last updated 6 August 2026.
What this connector is
The Book with Schedulo connector lets you use Book with Schedulo through an AI assistant (such as Claude or ChatGPT) via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). It is a secure interface to the same Book with Schedulo account and API you already use — it does not create a separate account or a separate copy of your data.
Data we process through the connector
Public (guest) actions — no sign-in. When someone books a meeting with a host, we process the booking details they provide (name, email, optional phone and notes) and the chosen time, only to create that booking — the same as booking through the public page.
Authenticated (host) actions — after you connect your account. The connector accesses the Book with Schedulo data needed for what you ask: your booking types, your bookings, your availability, and basic profile (name, email, username, plan, time zone). Actions are limited to what you request.
Connection records we store. To run the connector securely we store OAuth authorization grants (so a connection can be individually revoked), short-lived authorization codes and sign-in state, short-lived confirmation tokens for destructive actions, idempotency keys for booking creation (up to 24 hours), and short-lived rate-limiting records. We do not store the contents of your conversations with the AI assistant.
How we use it
Only to carry out the scheduling actions you (or a guest) request and to secure the connection. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Sharing with third parties
- The AI assistant you choose. Data needed to show you a result (e.g. your bookings, a confirmation) is returned to the AI client you connected (e.g. Anthropic's Claude or OpenAI's ChatGPT), governed by that platform's privacy policy.
- Service providers Book with Schedulo already uses to deliver the service — hosting/database, email/notification delivery, and calendar/meeting integrations you have connected (such as Google, Microsoft, or Zoom).
We do not otherwise share connector data with third parties.
Where and how long we store it
Data is stored in Book with Schedulo's production database. Bookings and account data follow the retention of the core product. Connection records are retained as follows: OAuth grants until you revoke the connection or delete your account; authorization codes, sign-in state, and confirmation tokens expire within minutes; idempotency keys within 24 hours; rate-limiting records within hours.
Your choices
You can disconnect the connector at any time from your AI assistant's connector settings, which revokes that client's access. Revoking one client does not affect your Book with Schedulo login or other connected clients. You can also contact us to revoke access or delete data.
Payments
The connector does not process payments. Paid booking types cannot be booked through the connector.
